Welcome to 24K Transfers. By booking and using our private chauffeur services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

These terms and conditions form the basis of the agreement between you ("the Client") and 24K Transfers ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms, which are governed by the laws of Denmark.

2. Our Commitment

24K Transfers was established to deliver a refined, reliable, and professional chauffeur experience. We pride ourselves on personalised service, modern comfort, and attention to detail. All services are carried out with professionalism and within the timeframes agreed upon, barring unforeseen circumstances.

We primarily operate our own fleet but may engage trusted third-party providers when necessary to ensure timely and high-quality service.

3. Acceptance of Booking

Acceptance of a reservation constitutes agreement to these terms. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays resulting from traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or other factors beyond our control.

  • All bookings must be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or through our official booking channels.

  • Full name, pickup and drop-off addresses, date/time, and number of passengers must be provided.

  • Bookings are confirmed once a confirmation message/email is received from us.

  • We reserve the right to decline a booking request at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All bookings require pre-payment or credit card authorization.

  • All quotes are provided as fixed prices based on the details provided at the time of booking.

  • Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, extended waiting time, additional stops, or changes made after booking.

  • Hourly services are billed per hour, with a minimum duration of 2 hours.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations within under 6 hours of the scheduled start time incur a 100% fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours (but more than 6 hours prior) incur a 50% fee.

  • Payments are non-refundable once made.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Rescheduling is permitted only if requested 24 hours or more in advance and is subject to availability.

  • All changes must be communicated promptly.

6. Waiting Time & No-Show Policy

  • Hotel pickups: 15 minutes grace from scheduled time.

  • Airport pickups: 45 minutes grace from flight landing time.

  • • Delays exceeding 2 hours require a new booking.

  • Failure to appear within the allowed time will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

  • Cancellations must be emailed to info@24Ktransfers.com. If no reply is received, call us at +45 93 96 96 20 to confirm.

  • Additional waiting time will be charged per 15-minute interval at our standard hourly rate.

7. Luggage and Passengers

  • Each vehicle can accommodate up to 6 passengers and 5 large + 5 small luggage items.

  • Oversized luggage or special cargo (e.g., skis, bikes, instruments) must be disclosed in advance.

  • We reserve the right to decline excess luggage that cannot safely fit in the vehicle.

8. Child Seats and Special Requests

  • Child safety seats are available upon request at no additional charge.

  • Please indicate the age/weight of each child when booking.

  • Special requests (e.g., refreshments, music preferences, accessibility) must be made in advance.

9. Extra Charges

We reserve the right to apply additional charges in the following circumstances:

  • If the journey deviates from the original booking (e.g., additional stops, extended wait time, or route changes)

  • If the vehicle requires professional cleaning due to spillage, illness, or damage caused by the client

  • If rescheduling or late-night/holiday services apply as per operational policy

  • If the vehicle is substituted with a higher-class model due to client request or last-minute upgrades

  • If special requests such as additional luggage handling, child seats, or pet transport are made and require accommodations or adjustments

  • If road tolls, bridge fees, parking charges, or other third-party costs are incurred during the job

    Clients will be informed of any applicable charges prior to confirmation or as soon as reasonably possible. All extra charges will be invoiced accordingly.

10. Conduct and Safety

  • Smoking, drug use, or aggressive behaviour is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

  • The chauffeur has the right to end the trip if passenger conduct poses a safety risk.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Clients are responsible for any damage (internal or external) caused to the vehicle during their booking, unless attributed to the chauffeur or an unrelated third party.

11. Compliance & Traffic Laws

Our chauffeurs operate in full compliance with Danish traffic laws, including regulations on stopping and parking.

12. Liability

  • 24K Transfers is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, strikes, or accidents).

  • We are not responsible for missed flights or connections due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger. We will assist in locating lost items but cannot guarantee recovery.

13. Vehicle & Chauffeur Substitution

24K Transfers reserve the right to assign a different vehicle or chauffeur at any time, provided the change does not affect the service quality. All vehicles are fully insured. However, we are not responsible for damage to or loss of clients’ personal property.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We comply with GDPR and handle your personal data responsibly. By sharing your contact details, you authorise us to contact you with offers relevant to our services.

  • We do not share or sell personal data to third parties. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

  • Your personal data is securely stored and accessible only by authorized personnel. We are committed to safeguarding your information.

15. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies for analytics and personalisation. These do not collect personal data unless you have previously provided it. Cookie settings can be managed in your browser.

16. Amendments to Terms

24K Transfers reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
